Ashmole Academy is committed to delivering a quality careers programme. This includes promoting opportunities to all students, offering practical work experiences, and integrating personal development into the curriculum. Our careers programme is evaluated on an annual basis both manually and using the COMPASS+ Evaluation Tool. This allows us to measure our programme against the 8 Gatsby Benchmarks to ensure we are providing a successful careers provision.
