Ashmole Academy places significant emphasis on delivering an exceptional careers and employability programme. Our aim is to ensure students are well-prepared for the ever-evolving job market and ready for their next steps.

Careers Education at Ashmole begins in Year 7 and is integrated through specialized lessons, dedicated days, tutorial sessions, assemblies, projects, and practical experiences.

Our objective is to align Ashmole's Careers Education with the Gatsby Benchmarks. Consequently, we regularly review our careers and employability provision at the end of each academic year using the Compass+ Evaluation tool.

To further support our students, we have created a careers guidance booklet which each student has access to via Google Sites and Google Classroom. In this booklet, students can find information on the different pathways post 16 and 18, how Unifrog can support them, as well as careers information linked to each of their subjects.
